By using https://netopsedge.digital or commissioning work from Minato Audit & Co., you agree to these terms. Professional engagements are also governed by a separate engagement letter. If the letter and these website terms conflict on an engagement matter, the signed letter controls.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of statutory audits, control reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and readiness work are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timetable exist only after both parties sign an engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Minato Audit & Co. Working papers remain our property; you retain ownership of your accounting records. Auditor’s reports and management letters may be used as permitted in the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Governing law
