Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless an engagement begins, in which case records follow the retention period in the engagement letter and professional requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Logs are rotated on a shorter operational cycle.

Your rights

International transfers
